Speaker bios: Francesca Findlater, Founder and Executive Vice Chair, Bounce Back: After a corporate career in branding, Fran Findlater started to recruit from employees from prison. In 2011 this led to her forming Bounce Back, the Award Winning Charity and Social Enterprise, and creating a team around her.
Dan Cook, Head of Key Accounts, The Forward Trust: Dan specialises in the ex-offenders space and works with a range of businesses from SMEs to large internationals, supporting them in recruiting, sustaining and up skilling staff from diverse backgrounds.
Maggie is Operations Director at A Fairer Chance, which is a non-profit organisation set up in London in 2011 to put into practice a unique but simple business model, making the case for employing people with convictions or other perceived barriers to finding work. Maggie has over 30 years’ experience as an employment specialist for DWP including 4 years working across DWP and MOJ piloting an American recruitment model ‘The Job Developer’. She now uses her talents to really make a difference to those furthest from the labour market, with a real focus on reformed ex-offenders.
Greg Fisher – NFN Regional Employment Broker – Wales HMPPS: Greg has been with the Prison Service for 15 Years starting in 2004 as Prison Officer at HMP Reading. Joining One3One Solutions as Business Development Executive in early 2018, and transitioning to New Future Networks as Regional Employment Broker for Wales; working with the private sector and the Welsh Prison estate to improve employment outcomes for men pre and post release.
