Glenn Robison: Glenn sits on the executive committee for Building Equality, which is a nationwide alliance of construction and built environment companies working hard promote LGBT+ inclusion in the industry, from site workers to CEOs. He founded the Leeds branch of Building Equality and brought the construction industry and Rainbow JCB to Leeds pride in 2018 for the first time. Glenn is also is an active member of Arup’s LGBT+ network and sits on their regional EDI committee.
Kelly Canterford: Kelly is a member of the Freehold board. She was named as a Top 10 LGBT+ Inspirational Leader at the British LGBT Awards in 2018. A Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, media and coaching, she is now the Programme Manager for Changing the Face of Property and Property Needs You, a collaboration of 12 of the largest real estate companies in the UK who are working together to accelerate diversity and inclusion across the real estate industry.
Dr Mark McBride-Wright Mark is Chair and Co-Founder of InterEngineering, a non-profit industry body that connects, informs and empowers LGBT+ engineers and supporters with a membership of over 1,000 engineers. He is also a Founding Member of the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group for the Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), External Advisor to the Metropolitan Police, sitting on their Strategic Inclusion Diversity & Equality (STRIDE) Board, Diversity Board Member for the University of Kent, and Advisory Member to the Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee of the Royal Academy of Engineering.
